Every lift came with self-doubt: “Am I doing this right?” Without an experienced eye to reassure or guide me, my confidence wavered. But one thing CrossFit had taught me was resilience. Quitting was never an option. Determined, I started filming every session, carefully positioning my phone on stacked weight plates or wooden boxes. It felt awkward at first.
